BP Settings Page: Extended Profile Fields looks bad

Description

The settings page for Extended Profile Fields management is not very good styled.
I have tested in Opera 11, Safari 5, Chrome 11, IE9, IE8. Issues are only in:
Firefox 4 (big) - ​http://screencast.com/t/C9F5CKqFCAny
IE7 (expected) - ​http://screencast.com/t/0H2roaPk0sp

I'm using Windows 7.
