private message autocomplete missing styles

Per attached screenshot, the autocomplete javascript for the "send to" box on the private messaging compose window appears to be missing some styles, i.e. t has a transparent background and is very hard to read.

Bumping to critical as it is virtually unreadable at the moment.

(In [4332]) Fixes typo in bp-messages-cssjs.php (introduced in r3917) that kept autocomplete styles from loading. Fixes #3170
