'edit this entry' link in single.php not aligned

Description

When viewing a single post, for users with appropiate access, the "edit this entry" link in the row below the post title is squished up against the post author's name.

Also, the "April 21, 2011 in News by Paul" line could be constructed better in PHP to allow for easier translation of the string.
