generic icon 404's in network admin

Description

Sorry I don't have time for a patch tonight. If no one else gets this I'll try to do one over the next couple days.

If BP is running in a network the path to the current page (assuming installed in the root) is http://domain/com/wp-admin/network. The relative path in

http://trac.buddypress.org/browser/branches/1.2/bp-core.php#L1941

generates a url for the icon that is http://domain/com/wp-admin/network/images/generic,png which doesn't exist. When in the network admin there needs to be a ../ added to the beginning of the icon path.
