Forums "New Topic" tab issues

And click the "New Topic" button. Notice the form shows up at the bottom of the page instead of in the top. Is this the intention?
If so, atleast make the page scroll to the bottom automatically so users will know it's there. :-)

(Tested on testbp.org using Safari 5)

Looks like this was fixed.
