Description
The update/install wizard has a step for Pages, but after that there is no easy way to modify which pages are associated with BP components. Maybe integrate something into the Component Setup dashboard panel?

(In [3975]) Reworks Component Setup admin screen to better match WP admin. Adds Page Setup section to enable bp-pages configuration after installation. Fixes #3019
