Renaming pages breaks directories

See #2338 for earlier discussion.
Renaming top-level directory pages appears to make them hidden from BP (they render as empty WP pages instead of being caught). Make sure bp-pages is recognizing the change.

Just tested this on the latest trunk and renaming pages doesn't seem to break anything. Hooray for self-correcting problems!
