Add Delete Button to the View PM Screen

Description

It would be really nice to have a delete button added to the screen where you read the PM. In many cases, you want to read the PM and then depending on the PM will want to delete it from that screen. As it is now, you have to go back to the list of PMs to delete it.

I'm just about to put this in, and in the same patch I have also changed the "X" delete button on the inbox screen to say "delete".
