Double patch! What does this mean? ;)

We'll use #2739 for this issue and will look at both patches

Double patch?

The file here is a patch file and includes the newish onecolumn.php the other ticket attachments are php files - sure both are the same in principle though. travel-junkies should be used as it was his request.
