bp_blogs_get_blogs_for_user bug?

not sure if this is a bug. i have an install of WP 3.0 and BP 1.2.5 with 4k+ user. some users reported that the top admin bar doesn't return the correct list of blogs. e.g. user is blog member of blog 1, blog 2 and blog 3 but only blog 2 and blog 3 show up.

Is this a bug in the func bp_blogs_get_blogs_for_user?

Blogs will only show up on the My Blogs list if the logged-in member is at least a Contributor to that particular blog. Does that explain it?
