Description
I have installed buddypress on various themes and single use and multisite options of wordpress and every time i am presented with the same problem of the buddypress links all returning a 404 error. i have followed instructions to the letter and tried to find a solution to fix the problem but the best solution people are telling me is to change the permalink structure but this changes nothing. please advise

Need more info. This sounds like a configuration issue since BuddyPress itself works fine. Maybe hit the forums and see if anyone has solved a similar issue.
Switching from OMGPIZZA to minor since this isn't a global emergency issue with BuddyPress. Also closing ticket since this doesn't seem to be a problem with BP.
