Group Creation - Blank Page at Step 3

Hi – having a problem with creating groups. When I create a group the first two steps work, but when I click the “Next step” button to proceed to step 3 (upload Avatar), the page goes blank. The URL says “​http://www.agnarchy.com/groups/create/step/group-settings” but if I refresh, this takes me back to the group directory.

I am comfortable enough with PHP/CSS to edit files if necessary like modifying themes etc (I made my current theme BP compatible) however I really know next-to-nothing about PHP/CSS and absolutely zero about database stuff but I have a guy who can look at that for me if necessary.

I am running WP 3.0
BuddyPress 1.2.5.2
BP Template Pack 1.02

I deactivated all plugins except for BP and the error persists. These are the active plugins I use:

I'm having the same problems as agnarchy above, I'm stalling at a Blank Page at Step 3. It then shoots me back to the group creation front page and the group is created with 2 groups, 1 invisible group and 1 visible group. I attached a picture to show

I tested this out with BP Template Pack disabled and the standard BP theme and I had no problem creating groups. I'm thinking it's an issue with the code inside creation.php BP Template Pack since it wasn't really updated for 3.0.1 and my theme looks rocks solid after following the modifications.

Template pack needs to be updated, and will be for 1.2.6.

I'll be updating the Template Pack and Skeleton Component plugins once 1.2.6 is released.

Does that mean that this is a Template Pack bug and not a BP bug?

I have a few installations using the template pack and 1.2.6-bleeding with no issues making groups. Closing and punting to 1.3 as can't duplicate. Reopen if needed.
