When editing the group settings and updating a group from private -> public. Nothing updates the associated activity records hide_sitewide flag

Activity items created when a group is private should *not* automatically be switched to publicly viewable. This is a privacy problem.

A switch that allows group admins to change previously hidden content from hide_sitewide to non-hide_sitewide would be pretty easy to build, but is such an edge case that I'd say it's plugin territory. In any case, it would require an enhancement ticket.
