activity-posts show-up 3-times the same after upgrade

Description
after upgrading to the latest BP-versions, the posts within the activity-stream do not show up twice, but TRIPPLE.
Please fix.

Hi John,
it does not show on my website now, not sure what happened.
But this was also happening when having the default-BP-template turned on.
I am not able to re-create that issue or tell you how to recreate it.
It just appeared and went away by itself.
You might close this ticket until somebody else is able to recreate the issue.

the same posts were not only showing-up 3 times, but about a couple 100 times.
the URL at which this occured was:
http://domain.com/activity/#more
now I have entered this URL again and it is showing fine now.
Strange.....
