picture adding.

I cannot add picture to my posts. I have to give link to show the pix but i dont want so. This is also same for user pictures.

Right now, you have to input in the IMG HTML code into the activity update or forum post so your picture is displayed:
​http://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_IMG.asp

You could possibly accomplish this with a WYSIWYG editor plugin like:
​http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/bp-tinymce/
