BP-Links does not work when Activity-Component disabled

Description

I have the Activity-component disabled at my website (using the latest BP 1.2.4.1) and I got an error-message when using the Plugin "BuddyPress-Links" from MrMaz.

Not sure whether the error is in BuddyPress-Core-Code or within the Plugin.

This is the error-message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function bp_has_activities() in /www/htdocs/w07×607a/wpmu/wp-content/plugins/buddypress/bp-themes/bp-default/activity/activity-loop.php on line 5

I would like to use the BP-Links-Plugin, when Activity-Component is disabled.

  • Status new → closed

I would check in with MrMaz about this, however he's quite occupied at the moment as he's expecting a newborn!

Reopen this once MrMaz and yourself have gone through the motions and you encounter problems with the core.
