Description
Apologies if this is already posted in Trac.
If an admin installs Wordpress in a subdirectory as stated here:
http://codex.wordpress.org/Giving_WordPress_Its_Own_Directory
Wordpress URLs will appear as they are served from the root directory.
mysite.com/this-is-a-new-post
instead of:
mysite.com/wordpress/this-is-a-new-post
---
However, BP adds the subdirectory folder name to all BP pages:
mysite.com/wordpress/members
Here's the thread that started the whole thing:
http://buddypress.org/forums/topic/permalinks-setup-with-wp-intalled-in-subdirectory-and-indexphp-in-root#post-43767
For now, I've told users to add a filter to bp_core_get_root_domain, but there should be better support for this in the upcoming BP 1.3 release.
Forgot to write in the body of the ticket that this is for standard WP installs.
