Description
The e-mail which contains the BP-registration-code is landing in the Spam-folder at Gmail-Account.
I have tested with an existing and brand new Gmail-account.
I do not think it is related to the domain, as I have tested this with 3 different BP-installs on 3 different domains. I have also tested this on a fresh BP-install without external Plugins installed.
It is only happening with the e-mail which includes the Registration-Code. Only the e-mail which says "Activate your Account....." is landing in the Gmail-Spam-Folder.
The other e-mail which says "Dear User, Your new account is set up....." is NOT landing in the Spam-Folder.

Afraid we need more info. I have to think this isn't something we have much control over.
Bumping to 1.3 unless some new, really cool info about how to make sure your emails aren't marked as spam shows up.
If that happens, I'm letting all my legit Russian Viagra dealer friends in on the secret. It's sad that their emails keep getting marked as spam because of a few bad apples in the bunch. ;)

sorry John, I guess you are wrong on that one !
I have used the "Welcome Pack Plugin" from DJ-Paul and when using his plugin, then the e-mail with the registration-code is NOT landing in the Gmail-Spam-Folder.
I am not using any words like Viagra or any other offensive words.
My domain is also not offensive or anything like that. It is a business-website of not related to any strange offensise stuff.
The issue with the Welcome-Pack-Plugin is that when registering at the page, the user is being send one e-mail which in fact contains 3 e-mails ! Additionally, each of those 3 e-mails has a different activation-link included !
This is weird and critical.
If you like, I will send you my website-URL and you can check by yourself.

Disable Welcome PAck and test. Do you still get triple emails still? Contact me via email or the forums.

I disabled Welcome-Pack and then I do receive 1 e-mail only.
The strange stuff is, that all this is only happening when signing-up with a Gmail-Account.
There is no issue when signing-up with another e-mail-address.
