I am new to BuddyPress and I am loving it for the most part.

When I register a new user I am not getting the activation email.

I have tested other parts of the system like "Add Friends" and I do get email.

I am using:
WordPress MU 2.9.2
BuddyPress 1.2.3

Please help!!!

Are you registering the new user through BP or through the WP dashboard? Not positive, but if you're registering a new user through the WP dashboard, I think it assumes that the user is good to go, so an activation email is not sent.

Given that there's no feedback from the reporter, and since the symptoms sound like they might not be related to BP anyway, I'll assume this is not a BP bug. Please reopen if the problem arises again.
