User goes to settings under their buddypress profile and changes their email address. Admin is notified of new update similar to 'Password Lost and Changed for user:' in wordpress.

This might make a good request for WP. As of now, WPMU/WPMS is the only version that even sends an email requiring the user to click a link to activate the new email. There are no hooks to make your request super easy, but it could still be done. I would try WP Trac. See if you can get some hooks added to the email confirmation functions, and see about getting email confirmation added to WP Single. BP would likely piggyback on these functions.

I agree with cnorris23. I'm not keen on producing something in BP that really should be in WP. Open a ticket there, and if they say no way, then come back and reopen this one.
