Post moderation within Groups

Ability to moderate post within groups similar to how wordpress handles comment moderation. An option for admin to enable/disable (each group?) so that member with rights can approve posts for new members within each group. This will help with spamming.

Note: this is not to prevent group creation. It is for posts.

Are you talking about posts to a group forum, or posts to a group blog?

Referring to posts in a group forum using single wordpress (non mu) and buddypress as a plugin.

Ah, okay. Well, this feature is not currently built into the 1.0.x branch of bbPress. The only plugin out there that can do it hasn't been updated since 2008 and reportedly doesn't work with the 1.0.x branch, which is what BP uses. The devs have set a limited scope of new feature development for BP 1.3 so that it's release can come as soon after the WP 3.0 release, which has set for May 1st. Given te limited scope, it's almost guaranteed not to make it into 1.3. If you have any coding skills, you could try to adapt the plugin to first work with bbPress 1.0.3, and then build it into BP. It seems like it might be a big undertaking, but if you're up for it, coding it yourself would definitely speed up the process :). If a user in a public group, then because it's public, anything can be posted. Hooking the posts through the Akismet filters would be an improvement.

The BP Activity component and the bbPress 2 plugin both have Akismet support. Both are used in the Groups component.

Anything else would be considered plugin-territory.
