Delete in activity-stream when deleted on blogs doesn't work

Description
All posts that were postet after the upgrade to bp 1.2 are deleted in the activity-stream, when deleted on the blog.
All posts that were postet before the upgrade to bp 1.2 aren't deleted in the activity-stream, when deleted on the blog.
One of my users deleted 30 posts that were written before the upgrade. All those produced a 404-fault.
I now deleted them in the database, but they should be deleted in activity-stream directly.
It's the same issue with comments.

Marking this as wontfix with regard to Boone's comments. If memory serves, the activity stream tables were different prior in the BP 1.1 days, and they stored data in different columns than they do now. I think we saw this problem on buddypress.org when that was updated to 1.2?
Given that this only affects a very small number of cases, I'm considering kicking it to the wontfix pile. But first I want feedback from another core dev.
