Phantom comments remain in activity stream after blog post is deleted

Description

Confirmed in test WPMU/BP install (latest of both) that a deleted blog post leaves phantom comments in the activity stream. Clicking on the activity stream item leads to a minimal single.php page that includes only the post title and some posting info

I can't recreate this. Maybe we fixed it in another ticket, I'm not sure. Re-open if someone can figure out how to recreate.
