BP 1.1 group wire posts in BP 1.2 group activity gets placed in the wrong group

I just upgraded a BP 1.1.3 site I'm working on to BP 1.2.2.1.

In the group activity streams, I see old wire posts from the wrong group. A related problem is group wire posts in the group I'm viewing do not show up in the group activity stream at all.

I remember seeing a similar problem on testbp.org awhile ago during the BP 1.1.3 -> 1.2 conversion.

Andy, how did you solve this problem?

This is due to very old versions of BP using a different item_id/secondary_item_id combination. I'm afraid there isn't much you can do, I just removed them.

Is there an easy SQL query I can use to remove them?
