User Activation Error

Description

When a blog admin adds a new user to their blog, upon clicking the activation link, the user receives the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function bp_page_title() in /PATH_TO_WPMU/wp-content/themes/bp-default/header.php on line 9

Are you still receiving this error? What version of BP are you seeing this error?

I can't reproduce this in the latest BP trunk. I assume it may be that you've not activated BP network-wide.
