with wp 2.9.2 (not mu) when i send a friendship request or receive any other email the email is with www. and not @domain.tld i think this is a "problem" only with WP because the url is with www.

You can filter these values to whatever you want using the filters:

bp_core_email_from_address_filter
bp_core_email_from_name_filter
