domain.com/blog URL not working anymore after 1.2 upgrade

After upgrading to 1.2 bp, the url domain.com/blog is not working, it says page not found. Prior to upgrade this was part of top navigation and used to display the list of blogposts.

Create a page called blog and then set this as your posts page under Settings > Reading.
