Description

I just noticed that especially with bp-messages.php it seems to want to fill my error log when it already finds all the tables exist, yet it never quits checking.

For now, I had to comment out the SQL but was wondering if we could add a check to see if they already exist or maybe it is a bug if it is checking the version?

Using latest messaging TRAC and Rev 1307 for WPMU.
