Cannot disable meta for an activity item

Description

There is no way of disabling activity meta from displaying on certain activity items without editing the temaplate; therefore impossible for plugins.

There should be a way of enabling/disabling meta from showing between the <div class="activity-meta"></div>

BP 1.2 is in feature freeze, so this isn't going to happen for 1.2.1.

This can now be done by using the filters in bp_activity_can_comment() and bp_activity_can_favorite(). If you need something more, please feel free to reopen, and specify your needs.
