Blog Creation of Option

After a blog is created. I tried to edit the blog's theme, but came across:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/public_html/wp-admin/wpmu-blogs.php on line 149

This only happens when buddypress is active, and when deactivated, the blog can be created normally.

Also, the blog can not be visted as the given message:
The blog you have requested is not installed properly. Please contact the system administrator.

I have the same problem. Blogs created on BP 1.2 beta did not have this problem, so it should been introduced somewhere between the RCs I think.

My Setup:

BP 1.2
WPMU 2.9.1
install: subfolder (mydomain.com/test)

Reported this earlier Ticket #1947 . We are also having the same issue. We were thinking it was MU but now we see there are others having same issue.
