Compose Message Populating With Last Sent

Description
When going to messages->compose after sending a message the fields are populated with the information from the last sent message.
An error "{#autosave.unload_msg}" sometimes appears, but not always.
I've tried disabling the autosave TinyMCE plugin in /bp-messages/bp-messages-cssjs.php but the issue remains.
