No front page theme options (Blogs or Activity) on dashboard

Description
No theme options visible in dashboard in 1.2 RC3. Cannot change it from blogs to activity.

Hi, in RC3 you can change front page function at Dashboard-->Setings-->Reading, then:
"Front page displays", choose "A static page (select below)", and from "Fron page" drop down menu select "Activity stream".
Save chnages, and that's it.
