Custom header image reverting to original in BP pages

Description
This may not be an issue for everyone, and is not occurring in testbp.org, but it could arise at a later stage for some users...
Using:
WP 2.9.1 & BP trunk
Steps taken:
- Changed my uploads folder to domain.com/images/ (for consistency in migration)
- Uploaded my custom header image
- Changed my uploads folder back to domain.com/uploads/
- Updated to rev 2673
Problem:
The header image is my custom header in pages controlled by WP (Home & About). Activity and Members pages show the default blue header.
Have checked after clearing cache, and on different computers.
