Child comments of private activities are not hidden after logging out

Description
As expected the child comments of private activities should be hidden.
I am on r2663 and when I am commenting on the updates of a private group. The child comment is always shown on my profile where logged out/logged in.
But when you click on view link, It will take to empty page.
It is something, like the child comment of private activities should have hide_sitewide set to 1 in database.

Fixed in r2666 but only for comments from this point onwards.
