Reordering xprofile fields does not work

Description

Reordering the xprofile fields is currently not complete. Fields can be moved to a new position but the new position is not stored in the database.

I am aware this is a very old ticket, but this works in 1.0.3 and has further improvements coming in trunk/1.1, so I am closing it.
