Description
Uploading a new 1250px x 125px image failed with prompt as follows: Unable to create directory /home/bptest/public_html/wp-content/blogs.dir/9639/files/2010/02. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

Can't reproduce this in my test installation.
Please check file permissions as per error message, or give more details about your configuration (beta?, RC?, trunk?), or ask for help on the buddypress.org forum.
