[patch] "Newest" link on members widget gives friend counts

Description

The default state of the Members widget is "newest", which shows the most recently joined members. But when you click on Active or Popular and then back on Newest, it gives friend counts instead of registered-on dates.

tested, works proper.
patch note* patching file bp-core/bp-core-widgets.php
Hunk #1 succeeded at 223 with fuzz 2 (offset -57 lines).

(In 3336) Fixes #1836:
Fix members widget "newest" filter. Also moves the position of the CSS spinner to the right of the text to match the rest of BP-Default. Remove unused v1.1-era CSS file.
