When you have more than your limit of Blog posts on one page, the "Previous Entries" link appears. When you click it, you are navigated to "http://example.com/blog/page/2" and given the error "The page you were looking for was not found"

WP 2.9.1 Single User, BP 1.2 RC, Default theme with custom child theme. I just activated default theme and it works, so it seems this only happens with custom loops on the homepage.

Same thing happens on a category page on both a child theme and the bp-default theme.

Update: This only happens on categories if you do not have /category/ in the permalink.

The homepage next/previous links do not resolve to the "This page cannot be found" error, but they continue to page 2, 3, and so on, but display the same 5 posts (or however many your settings dictate).

  • Resolution set to worksforme
  • Status changed from new to closed

Please try this with the trunk. It should be fixed since you now must create a page and select that page to show your posts on under "Settings > Reading".
