Forum-directory / first topic always sticky when paging

When you are at the Forums-Directory:

​http://testbp.org/forums

Then you walk through the pages at pagination 1,2,3,4,5,6, etc., you will notice that at most pages the first topic is marked with yellow-background-color (sticky post). It lools like a bug that the sticky-posts are always at the top and am not sure if those posts have been marked as being sticky or if its a bug.

See for example the "page 8" and "page 10" when you walk through the paging.

(In [2587]) Highlight stickies on the forums directory, but do not force them to the top otherwise me may get 100's. In the group forum view they are at the top. Fixes #1803

there are many Forum-topics which are still at the TOP within the Forums-directory.
See e.g. page 10 (paging 10).

Not sure this is really fixed.
