I think its important your personal details in your Profile is presented nicely. Please look at the attached screenshot and maybe it could be adjusted too. (spacing issues)

I don't see any improvement here? The "Basic" headline is now missing.
The http://testbp.org/members/ezcali/settings/notifications/ page is almost the same layout - but here everything is aligned. Maybe that code can somehow be used in the profile page?

I've removed the first title because it isn't useful to just show "Basic". If you want it back you can override this in a child theme.
The spacing of titles is the same, it's just some of the first items below are white so you don't see the padding of the row. The content is always in the middle for me - Firefox.
Just noticed the spacing between headline and content issues are different from your personal profile and your public profile. Don't know if there's anything to do about that.
