Forum directory sidebar tag links don't work properly

On testbp.org:

• Go to ​http://testbp.org/forums/
• Click a tag link in the sidebar that has multiple words (ex. 'social network')
• Notice result says 'Viewing .. topics matching tag "Social"' (not 'social network' - it is only matching the first word in the tag)

Also,

• Go to the permalink for a tag (ex. ​http://testbp.org/forums/tag/help/ )
• Click any tag link in the sidebar
• Notice the forum topic results are always the same

Also, I can't find anywhere in the default theme that displays the tags for a given post. Is that intentional that the tags are not displayed or an oversight?

Still doesn't work for multiple words:

Permalinks for single-worded tags are fine, but again not the case for multiple words:
