Description
Upgraded. Was using external bbpress, installed internal using the make new forum button in admin. says it worked.
Went to make new post and keep getting error.There was an error when creating the topic
no chmodding instructions givent but do I need to chmod?

Just to add that if I do use my existing external; bbpress that works well, it causes an error on the forums page.
