Description

If you select the "My Favorites" tab on the testbp.org homepage, and then proceed to create a new group, after the new group is created, the new group's homepage displays the logged-in user's "My Favorites" activity, instead of no activity.

  • Summary changed from New group creation in group homepage shows "My Favorites" activity to "My Favorites" activity shows up on a group's homepage

Actually, if you have the "My Favorites" tab selected, and then attempt to browse any group's homepage, the activity from "My Favorites" gets displayed.

The correct group activity shows up when you manually change the activity filter back and forth.

Sorry, this isn't the same issue.
I looked briefly at ticket 1697 and thought my problem was a cookie issue.

It isn't.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Clear all cookies
2) Login to testbp.org
3) Click on the "My Favorites" tab
4) Click on the main "Groups" tab.
5) Click on any group.

You'll see your "My Favorites" activity in the group's home activity.

Tested on Opera 10.1 and FF 3.6.
