Messages - Drop down field

There's a problem with the bottom drop-down field in Messages.

if I mark all my messages as unread, goto the inbox again and use the bottom dropdown box (not the one on top) and say "select unread" it isn't working.

I only see this problem with the bottom drop-down field. Tested with Safari.

One of the two dropboxes have been removed which fixes this issue.
