[patch] Group forum - New Topic form (needs to be hidden)

Please see attached screenshot. It needs to be made like the "Forum" page. Where the New Topic formular is hidden as standard until you click the "New Topic" button.
That will make the page consistent with the Forum page.

r-a-y I can only see the form hides in the main Forum page here: ​http://testbp.org/forums/. If you go to ​http://testbp.org/groups/1-2-theme-test-group/forum/#post-new the form is still not hidden as standard.
