bugs on "search-filter"

try to do the following:

1) go to the page "testbp.org/groups".
2) insert the search-term “source” into the bottom search-box which says "Search anything".
3) it shows: "There were no groups found", although there are groups which have the word "source" mentioned within its group-description-text. This is a bug.
4) then try to "refresh" the results-page by refresh the browser. The search-filter does not go away, even when refreshing the page. This is a bug.
5) when being at the results-page which says "There were no groups found", try to click on the "navigation-Tab" named "Groups". Nothing happens, meaning it does not return to the Groups-page. It still shows the results-page. This is a bug.

one more bug:
when being at the "results page" which says "There were no groups found":

try to delete the word "source" from the search-box.
Then Click on the "navigation-Tab" named "Groups".

bug: the search-filter does not go away, the word "source" still appears within the search-box.
