"Load more" when no more content

Description

I've seen different places where there's a "Load more" even through there's no extra content. Today I saw this in a group forum (Home tab).
"Load more" should not be there if there's no content behind it.

(In [2358]) Fixes #1581 - hiding "Load More" when total activity count does not hit the max per page.
