Dropdown/Filter box on frontpage in IE8 alignment

Description
Needs a small adjustment:
The filter dropdown box on the frontpage does not align with the right edge in IE8.x (include the right-padding).
Look at page in Safari 4 where the alignment is correct.

Alignment needs to be fixed elsewhere as well... also accurs in Profile view in IE8.
