Compose PRIVATE Message

Description

  • change wording for "Messages" towards "Private Messages".
  • re-name "Compose" towards "Compose Private Message".

reason:
The user will get confused with "Private Messages" and "Public Messages".
So there should be a clear wording that the Messages at this page are
clearly private and not visible to anybody else.

Right now, all core components have single-word names (in English at least). IMO it would look funny to have a long string like "Private Messages" in all the nav areas.

If you'd like to make changes to be more specific for your community, please use a language pack or a child theme. Since there hasn't been a lot of complaints about this particular wording, I don't think it's worth changing it in the core software.
