Profile Fields Setup isn't showing up on WP-Single Installation

Description
Latest trunk is running like a charme on Single-WP-Installation. I'm very impressed! However i found that "Profile Fields Setup" isn't showing up under the "Buddypress" Tab on the WP-backend.
Direct link to "/wp-admin/admin.php?page=bp-profile-setup" doesn't work as well just show me that i don't have aneugh rights to view that page (but i'm the admin - valid on all my testsites).
